EA go F yourselves, single player games are as relevant as they ever have been and this is a great example. This game made it enjoyable to explore (at least for me), mechanics/movement were solid, looks great graphically and the story was a heartwarming one. I enjoyed these ~5 hours so much more than any other game I've purchased or played (for way longer) this year. Well, except elden ring.

I sincerely hope for a sequel, there is much potential here.

First impressions:

A competent doom-esque 40k game.

The good:
Graphics, not mindblowing but certainly looks good. Running at 1080p144 with a 5600x and 3070. Some flickering textures, I suspect a driver might fix this if they arent fixing it in the next update.
Gunplay feels good. Lots of customization too.

The bad:

Soundscape is lacking though not a dealbreaker by any means. There is a scene early on where a lot of debris is falling down on an elevator you are standing on, I was expecting rattle and lots of crashing sound but the debris was dead silent. They have all the "required" sound but it lacks some ambiance and level to detail. Sound mixing can be dodgy at times too, some voices are really muffled so subtitles are helpful if you want to pay attention.

Some models look kinda iffy, like ogryns.
Speaking of ogryns, the ragdolls in general can spaz out and jump on death.

Looting is kinda confusing, but you get used to it.

The ugly: Scopes are broken, apparently thats a function of FoV or sens or something and was supposed to be fixed in an upcoming patch. I have FoV maxed out and I have to severely undershoot the target to hit.
Some crashes, the next update will fix most I've encountered.
