It's good. Got some non-standard puzzle sizes, a puzzle generator for when you get through all the ones the creator made, and it looks nice. The puzzles themselves aren't repetitive and can all be logic'd out.

Interesting, but the first choice you make doesn't make any real difference, it doesn't even change the headlines in tomorrow's paper. No noticable RNG involved, the cops are all the same, with the same issues and loyalties. All the events are the same, so there is next to no replayability.

This game is shockingly short, but the storytelling more than makes up for it. In just 5 hours of gameplay, I actually beat the game while realizing that there is much more inside of it...

The music is outstanding, the character voices are wonderful (Aside from a certain blabbermouth, but I think that's intentional) and the only major problem I had with most of the scenes was them waving their hands in the air as if they are constantly typing on a holo-screen.

For five hours of gameplay, I successfully saved lives, and failed at the plot. But there are no bad choices in this game (Aside from standing still under fire...) and my best choice is rating it 8.5/10.


I just wish I realized it was a trilogy before I bought it...


SIDE EDIT: Just remembered, this was made in Source, the next is gonna be Unreal, just like how much they pulled out of the first engine.
