I got this for free with my pre-order. Pretty much the only thing you're getting with this pack is Goku Mini which you are paying 4 dollars for.

I like him, but he is not at all worth 4 dollars. Wait until the diama pack comes out or this goes on sale. Even a dollar discount off this would be worth it then the full price.

Got the season pass at a discount from pre-ordering the deluxe edition.

I recommend it for 3 reasons:

1) You already played sparking zero and liked it, which is why you're here right now looking into getting the season pass. So the additional characters and whatever else content gets added is just going to enhance the experience.

2) This game is more expensive then other games, so the $35 dollar price tag means that each DLC is going to be $15-$20 dollars, which means you'll be saving in the long run. Again to point 1, you already like the game and this is just more content

and lastly #3: supporting the developers. Its been almost 20 years since we got this kind of DBZ game and the more successful it is, the more likely we are to continue getting long term content, or even a sequel.

8/10: In short, the best DBZ fighting game to come out in over a decade, and stays true to the format that made BT3 and Raging Blast such fun games.

The long is, it's not perfect and there are some big issues that unfortunately cannot be ironed out or fixed by updates. The UI is atrocious especially in the character select screen. There are thankfully filters that help you locate people better if you really need it...but it's something we have to live with. It's not unplayable and with some time you can remember where everyone is...but it is pretty bad.

Secondly the actual gameplay is great but there are some obnoxious choices that slow down the flow of combat. Camera angles and distance can make it difficult to keep track of fast paced action and the default controls feel awkward and clunky. Standard and "classic" both need manual tweaking in order to fully bring out the best of the combat thanks to the addition of new skills and abilities.

Lastly the story mode is....OK. I have put in 6 hours into the game so far and finished the goku black storyline and got up to the future Trunks saga in gokus storyline. I went back and did some of the "what-if" scenarios which are cool but sadly they lose the appeal pretty quickly since there isn't anything that really stands out much. One example is a choice you get in the cell saga where you can skip waiting for Vegeta and Trunks and go fight cell. And if you do certain conditions you unlock a new branch that has you fight the androids (16,17,18). It wasn't anything memorable or interesting. That being said the story isn't really bad so it is what it is. Personally I'd like them to add in sagas instead in a future sequel and add in this story mode as side content.

Now that I got the bad out of the way I'll go into what is great about the game and why I recommend it. The battle modes are a lot of fun and offer a wide range of different options to make fights in a way you want. You can customize the cpu characters with items that boost stats, prevent transformations and even change the way they fight. Unfortunately the AI is your standard brain dead arena fighter AI but you can work around this to make the cpu more enjoyable.

The big highlight here is the custom battle mode which is amazing and the greatest thing I've ever used in a fighting game. I hope that they continue to expand this technology and use it for all future arena fighters because it really is fun. It is very vanilla but still offers a decent amount of settings ranging from poses, positions, camera angles, different text options and filters to really make your own story. You can add different scenes also so you can create a flash back mid battle if you want. There's also different commands that change the way the battle goes and what triggers them.

I can go on and on about what makes this game so special and fun. Despite the small gripes I have this game is a gem and something you will not regret getting.

As an added bonus I played it entirely on steam deck and it runs well but needs some tweaking. Set the resolution scale to 80% and set everything to low and you'll hit the 60fps. Because it's an anime game it won't look bad but don't expect anything beyond that at the moment. Unfortunately the engine needs to run at 60fps or else the entire game slows down and it's CPU dependent so we're stuck with this until Bandai fixes it (if they can) but it does work. You can also play online!

It's a shame there aren't more vampire games, despite it being such a great genre with a lot of potential. V Rising is everything you want in a vampire role playing, ARPG despite a few bumps and bruises and some really, really glaring flaws. Despite those flaws the game is still a blast, polished and a lot of fun for casual play, or more serious ARPG veterans looking for a challenge.

So to start I play in a custom PVE server with some settings tweaked without making it too easy. Part of the reason I recommend this game is because you have full control over your world and how you want everything to work to cater to your needs. You can disable crafting times entirely, increase health and damage making you a god, or keeping things in between. What's also fun is you can go into your world settings at any point and change them if you find it's still too hard or too difficult.

Best of all it runs great on the steam deck so I can play it on the go. Medium settings with a few tweaks here and there and it holds a steady 60fps for most areas but can dip in heavier combat.

This expansion pack (because it isn't just a dlc, it's a full 20+ hour expansion) is incredible. The environments, the enemies, the new spells and weapons and boss fights are a wonderful addition to an already amazing game.

My only real complaint with it is that in order to access the area you have to get really far into the game, get into a secret area, beat a hard boss and then you'll get access to it. I have over 200 hours in the game and I've beaten it seven times, for me this wasn't a problem but I can see this being a massive road block for newer players or people who aren't skilled. But this is in no way a bad thing, it's just worth noting for anyone on the fence about buying it.

There are some balancing issues in enemies but they aren't as bad or as glaring as when Elden Ring first came out. Every fight is fair and aside from some performance issues I don't have any complaints about it.

Overall, it's another 10/10 from "From Software" and I appreciate everything this developer does to give us quality content.

Got this part of a humble choice. Never would have picked this game up or tried it without that.

What I can say is that it runs great on the steam deck and it's a pretty interesting story. Some horror elements and some spooky settings.

Combat is interesting at first but slowly became repetitive and a bit clunky. Overall I recommend the game if you can grab it on sale, or as part of another bundle in the future.

[Warning] Ignore any negative comments about balancing patches and nerfs. These had nothing to do with the DLC and were added to the base game prior to launch. Even if you don't buy this, the balance patch is there to stay.

Moving on to the actual dlc itself. It's a 7/10, much better then the first dlc by a mile but still not really mind blowing. Which my review on "The awakened king" is completely fine since it's a 10 dollar add-on.

So what does this DLC do? You get a new biome in Yaesha, although unlike the awakened King dlc it actually feels like an entirely new map. The world isn't root infested, all new enemies and variants exist and the level design is really good. It's a large map but everything is placed together in an easy to navigate way with lots of hidden little secrets.

The DLC gives you a "one shot adventure mode" which let's you play the new dlc by itself so you can experience the new bosses, enemies and storyline without having to re-roll a dozen times. However the way Remant 2 works you won't be able to get everything right away and you're going to have to eventually re-roll anyway. So once you finish the one shot adventure the new map gets added in with the Yaesha map.

The loot you get is pretty decent. The new archtype is pretty interesting and the new rings and amulets are useful especially with the recent rebalancing patch. New weapons and mod powers are fun, and I still have yet to unlock everything.

What impressed me the most with this DLC honestly was the story and the pacing of it. I think they did a good job with the world development and I was interested in seeing where things went and what choices I'd have to make. Won't spoil anything but it's probably my favorite Yaesha storyline in the game.

So in conclusion is it worth the 10 dollar price tag? Absolutely yes. However it's not an amazing, revolutionary game changing dlc. This is still Remnant 2 and aside from the new toys, it's buisness as usual.

Got this game during March's "Humble Choice" for 15 dollars along with a bunch of other games. This one stood out to me as a B lister because it looked like a very fun metroidvania title. And so far it's pretty good. The combat is a bit repetitive and the map is confusing since there isn't any map to follow which is my biggest complaint.

Story seems good so far, but not really great.

This game is incredible. Comes with 6 Halo campaigns (Halo CE, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, and Halo 4) as well as multi-player for 5 of the games (ODST didn't have new multi-player maps).

Playing it on the steam deck is a treat because it runs perfectly and the online multi-player works perfectly. There are 700 achievements and a ton of unlockables both in campaign and online so there is a ton to do.

I highly recommend you get this on steam especially during a sale. It is well worth every penny spent and it will provide countless hours of fun
