I've really been enjoying this chill game - even just decorating each area when I feel like something super chill. Time doesn't matter so much in this game.

I personally haven't encountered ANY softlocks, no major bugs, or glitches. There has only ever been a few small things that hasn't stopped me from playing the game in a normal fashion.

Super cute - super chill - definitely recommend

reevaluated review -

prior I gave House Flipper 2 "Do not Recommend" due to the lack of content and how I felt the game might of been going.

I have now changed my recommendation in watching the game from a far and seeing that the team behind it has been and continues to listen to their community to bring more and more features to the game. I respect that.

All of the Glass Masquerade games are pure gems. If you need some serious chill - I highly recommend.

This has to be one of the most chill games I've played in a while.

Overall it's been great for a lunch game! They developers seem to be wanting peoples input which is always nice to see - so many some of the bits that have fallen a little shorter (like relationships/story with people) will be more fleshed out in time.

Definitely loving this game - hope it has end game play like SDV.

Everyone knows how great this game is already - I'll be up front.. I'm writing this to complete my Steam Awards checklist. But hay, this it is awesome, and you should buy it, honestly.

This is my edit for the 2022 awards task. Still one of the best games made though.

It's simple, it's linear and it's short. It's also beautiful, has an enjoyable story and relaxing. It's the kind of game if you just want to chill and have a mindless session for a couple of hours.

I will re-review the game when I've finished, but I figured I'd give my initial opinion coming from the first game.. and so far I think it's great! here is why:

They have listened to the feedback and added features like the mouse scroll wheel to turn the puzzle wheels, which alone makes it so much more therapeutic. Also other new mouse actions that just makes it flow a lot better.

They have added a harder difficulty, and though I wouldn't exactly call it difficult and can be done under their estimated times.. I enjoy it a lot more. I have yet to play any of the puzzles on the 'regular' setting because the more difficult setting seems a nicer and more organic jig-saw feel (will do them after I've finished the harder ones first). I guess an option that I think would be nice would be if they had a even harder setting where it broke down the puzzle pieces into even smaller sections to really make it a lot harder again.

Music is soothing and really just what you want when you're in the mood for these kind of chill games.

Art style is just as beautiful as the first, if even more so in cases.

I don't know what the keys and all those things are for yet, so can't really comment on the new mechanic/systems.

There is a many great reviews to read as to why you should play it, and you should.
THE ONLY PROBLEM - Cursed Matriach Butterly boss is NOT seizure friendly. I've come to a halt at this point and am not able to proceed through the rest of the game just because of this one boss effect. I've sent them an email but never heard anything from it, which is a great shame.

First and formost - I play this game singleplayer. I don't have any interest in PVP style games (for any game).

That being said - I've come from and era of Warcraft 1 &2, Command & Conquer: Red Alert (all), Age of <insert name>, Anno <insert date>, Starcraft 1 & 2, Settlers <insert number>. For me, Northgard reminds me of a lot of these.. but each in a different way. There is obviously a new twist to the whole game as it's not entirely open resources for anyone to run for... you actually have to work for it, and this is something I enjoy. Different people have different traits, also changes some of the skills/passives in the skill tree.

With the campaign mode, it pretty much baby steps you though the game (on normal). I think their normal mode was a great starting point too - it's still difficult as a learner but great way to learn your tactics for hard mode. If you're an achiver they have little goals you can complete for each level. You can only see these goals after you've finished playing it once (though you may of already achived these goals first time, and it will tick them off)

All in all - I've enjoyed it, and still enjoying it, very much so.
