Skyrim VR is an incredible game. I've always loved Skyrim. It always felt immersive and good in the normal version, but in VR it's so much more real. I know all these places, it feels like I'm finally home after seeing it from afar all those years. I recommend customizing the games .ini files to make the experience just right for you, everyone percieves VR in a different way so you can tweak things like scale and make sneaking more comfortable, as I think the camera goes really low by default when you sneak.

It's the first VR world I feel like I can live in and play for a long time. There are many settings to make the game more comfortable or not, if you are not susceptible to motion sickness. I'm pretty sensitive to it and got the hang of the controls and comfort settings in a short time.

The game has a beautiful soundtrack, but I recommend turning the music off in the settings, it enhances the feeling that you are present in a real place, as in real life you don't have an invisible orchestra following you.

The game doesn't have SKSE as I write this, but it is moddable. I have lots of mods, and if you have a pc that is beyond the recommended specs you can put some graphics mods and make the game look even more amazing.
