Unplayable. Unless you have a melee equiped you don't stand a change (your forced to carry a gun when you start), the only thing I have been able to place was a camp fire. You can craft a wall, door, and such, but can't place them. You randomly spawn on the map and its nearly impossible to find your way around, let alone where you died last.
