Enjoyable once you get used to it, but man does that take a while. This game is much more mechanically complex than Baldur's Gate 3, which I'd argue is what most people are used to. They split "health" into magic & physical in this game too, making the preferred party composition focus only on one of the two. But if you can overcome the initial steep learning curve, a great CRPG awaits you.

Not so much a "game" as it is a task/productivity tracker disguised as a lofi music app. There's a fair amount of customization options and an ability to import & play custom YouTube playlists.

A little 15-hour metroidvania/bullet hell game that hits all the right notes without overstaying its welcome. Having every power-up choice be refundable right off the bat is something I'm surprised more developers haven't implemented.

It's fun for the first 90%, just don't expect to beat the game - it's quite a big difficulty spike.

Classic angels vs. demons plotline & Press Turn system you know SMT for.

Don't read reviews (lol) or read the trigger warning that pops up upon loading the game. The more blind you are going in, the better. I wasn't sure what this game would be about after an hour or two in, but now at 6 hours in I'm excited to see where we're going.

Poker with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ power-ups.

A friend gifted this to me and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The results were accurate for me - it assigned me "Researcher" for someone who studied pharmacy. It's fairly quick too - my first playthrough only took between 1-2 hours.

It's shorter in length than the previous games, but that didn't bother me. There's more "uncomfortable without being funny" scenes in this one, especially Jecka's dad.

But in the end, you know why you're going to buy this. You want the forbidden comedy.
