I've played this game for a long time. Started in 2013 and it was fun! I played off and on and eventually worked my way up to jets. Even playing arcade battles and doing well it'd be hard to turn a profit and I generally don't play more than a couple of games a week. The economy is unbearably awful. In 2013 to 14 I could unlock several planes across several countries a month. Now? I struggle to unlock one a yeah and that's buying the planes when they're half off during some event. Repair costs, crew training costs, ammunition costs all drain my sl balance so bad as a free player. And I doubt I'd be that much better as a premium user. Honestly until economy changes are rolled out to make this a game worth playing. Don't. You'll burn away your free time or pay hundreds of dollars to reach top tier or to get your favorite plane/tank/whatever.

And this is just problems with the economy, balance is a whole different beast. Gaijin refuses to listens to players when documented with issues. Their 'fixes' for a certain vehicle doing well are to raise its repair cost or matchmaking rating until its not fun or remotely profitable to even consider using. Don't give gaijin your money and save your time. At least until they stop throwing more garbage onto the dumpster fire of their game.

Within 3 hours of playing the game i manage to fall through the map and crash after trying to respawn twice. I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed.

I've been playing this game since the alpha and it is a fantastic game and I highly recommend it. When I started I tried to put points into every skill learn from my mistake and look at a character build. Crafting is pretty cool and you will need it so don't completely ignore it. Combat, grenades, molotovs and caltrops are great in most situations use and abuse them, psionics is fun and you can dominate most things in the game with it. Most other weapon types work well too if you get a good build focused on them. If you're fighting enemies that use stealth throwing flares will reveal them. The new expansion is fantastic and can be challenging so don't try and rush into it and when you do get there I recommend that you Genocide the natives. Great game you really should buy it.
