graphic and community is great

I would recommend this game back then when this game started. After trying it again due to the event, i found some joy in this game.

Redeemed a Sinley DLC pack but wasnt given to me even though it was in the steam store.

Issue raised to email support team. Compensated with some bonus exp and gold but did not solved the issues.

Sent a chaser after 2 weeks of no reply after the "compensation" but didnt got back with any replies. Whats the use of email support if we cant even get the DLC pack from steam store. Already gave up waiting for any sort of replies.

Dead Game.
