I am a Socialist myself, and I am actually am pretty smart. Really, as cliche and arrogant as it may sound, I'd be as bold to say that almost all Socialists I've met are at least above average intelligence.

It's usually our enemies, the reactionaries, the Liberals, the bourgeoisie, the Fascists, those are often the most ignorant and backwards of humanity. If you're looking for actual examples since intelligence is a pretty broad term, I am an avid reader as well as writer. I have read a multitude of literature that most people have never even heard the title, much less actually read it cover to cover. I'm not strictly talking about the greats of Far Left ideology but general progressive thought as well. I am well versed in many Feminist, Anarchist, Gender theory, POC, secular, mythpunk, new scientific method, Frankfurt school, transhumanist classics past and present.

Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells.
