Game is obviously still in early access/alpha but its lots of fun for even just 4 people without buying anything.

With that said, the game certainly has its bugs and not many maps yet, but the potential is huge, looking forward to when the game is fully completed.

This is a great game and its lots of fun but the current servers are unable to handle the number of people that try and play this game. Some nights you'll be able to play and other nights you will constantly get disconnects due to reliable packets.

So basically this game is only good for playing local games when you have people over.

The game is pretty awesome.

The dev of this game has completely abandoned the project and has not been heard from in a couple years. Do not buy this game, it is unfinished and will probably never be finished.

I can't recommend this game as Epic has bought out the dev and will be removing the game from Steam. You will no longer receive updates nor have access to DLC after it is removed.

I currently do not recommend this game because it has some poor optimization. My PC surpasses the recommended settings and I still get major FPS drops and even crash to desktop during gameplay while running on minium graphic settings. I have experienced those both while playing solo campaign and multiplayer.

If you can overlook those 2 things, the game is fun so far and has a rich story from what I can tell, so it will be worth a purchase once the game receieves some patches and then I will recommend the game.

Its a decent game made for mobile that needs to be improved if it's going to be ported to PC. You get a small game UI that you cannot alter even though you're using a 4k monitor so good luck with that.

Honestly if you're going to port a game to PC, then make it feel like a PC game and not something I could use NOX to play.

First off, the only reason I am not recommending this game is because while this game is still in 'Early Access' the devs have released paid DLC for the game. How are you going to charge for DLC for a game you have not even finished? Regardless of how good the game is, this is a low move from the devs and the gaming community needs to not stand for dirty, money grabbing tactics like this.

Any extra content you make for your 'Early Access' game should be going into getting your official release and not into paid DLC.

Its a fun game.

TL;DR - This is a console port and it shows horribly. Don't buy till price drops and both content and bug patches are out.

I really, really want to like this game. And I do like this game. But I cannot at all recommend anyone buy it in its current state for $60.

Let me start with my computer specs.
16GB RAM
SSD storage
4.1 GHZ 8-core CPU
AMD R9 380 8GB

Game defaults to medium settings for graphics and FPS at 30. I bumped FPS to 'MAX', which I am guessing is unlimited, and everything else to highest setting, restarted the game. Noticed right away that looking around that every so too often the mouse will hang for a split second and than move on. Figured must be graphic issue, set everything back to medium settings but left FPS at max. Still got hangups with the mouse and noticed that the actual visual appeal to the game didn't change from highest settings. Changed to low settings, still got mouse hangs and the game looked exactly how it did with high settings. And I did restart the game after each graphical change in the settings.

Decided to just trek on and play the game. Started off exploring and I notice that the render distance is that of a console. Stuff is appearing only 30-50 steps away from me instead of being seen from a distance. No setting to change render distance.

After my almost 4 hours of playtime, I can say that there is potential for this game, but right now its not worth buying. Even if the game had more features and more content, I would think $60 is worth the game, unless they add multiplayer support(maybe). The game really discourages you to go and explore the planets. You don't have much for inventory space. Upgrades to your suit and ship consume that much needed inventory space(What?). You collect all these materials just so you can upgrade your tools, just so you can collect more at a time, at a faster pace, and so you can travel faster and further to collect more resources.

When I first started playing, I was recording the game. Had planned to have a series going on youtube about playing this game. But with the current optimization for a console and the lack of content, I stopped.

I like the game, it just wasn't ready for release.

If you loved playing any of the Super Smash Bros games, then you're going to love this game.
