No idea how this game has so many positive reviews, it's actual an actual garbage Police Sim. Give some parking tickets, give some speeding tickets, attend some crashes; this is the poorest excuse for a Police Sim, True Crime on PS2 did it better. If you are thinking of buying this garbage, honestly got download the LSPDFR mod for GTA V, it's a better Police with huge community modding.
