This game is exactly what you would want from your standard AAA release during the late 2000's and early 2010's. Up to four player co-op focused missions self contained in a pick up and go atmosphere. Pitting you and up to three of your buddies against the various enemies of humanity in a far future. While it's not far enough that it can be considered Grimdark, the game for sure touches on tougher subjects through it's wider scope. It goes out of it's way to avoid hitting you over the head with this though. That said, there is a draw back currently where-in users will require a PSN account. This more or less complicates the games long term success and community standing. However it does nothing to effect the actual game, something i'd still recommend to people.

This game is a gateway drug. If you actually start playing it and learning the mechanics days will suddenly be gone from your life. Benders without the downside of actually partying, and all that time will be spent moving troops around a silly little map. I absolutely hate this game and everything about it, anyway as I type this I'm loading up the game to start my next run.
