The review I wrote when I was 15 years of age. When I am still a mere kid over the internet, complaining about the gibuses and people hackusating me. When I still played Pubs, ZombieFortress(the OG ZF), Jailbreak, etc.

Fun times are gained in the period, I gained so many things from it, yet I lost so many things too
The good thing about this game never disappears, even through time it lasts a lifetime.

I remember bragging about all the items I had, complaining everything I lost from a scam, to being ultra happy when I hit a simple air-shot.

I remembered how broken some of the weapon combos really were in the past, weapons in the need of nerfing was just scattered everywhere, I.e The Sandman and the Guillotine combo, the Puff and Sting combo, The ridiculously op Dead Ringer combo, and many more.

I remember about how the conga line JUST hits the fan, and everyone is trying to get the achievement, many people would line up just to get the conga line achievement, and most times they just get obliterated by people who wants to play the game.

I remember how I met many online friends that I still hold dear to my heart until this day, and how they showed me that people could be trustworthy over 1000 miles away from you.

I remembered how It feels to get your first ever unusual, your first ever australlium, the euphoria whenever you see it in your inventory.

I remembered STAR_ and Jerma985 being the inspiration of me to play this game regularly and start to do these silly things to have fun, I even copied his loadout just to pay homage to him.

But it also reminded me how I got super addicted to this game, just because of HOW FUN it really is, until I lost contact of my social life in real life.

Team Fortress 2 is just a "Timeless Masterpiece" as lazypurple said
and I can't agree more

almost 10 times the hours, Wow I'm not addicted I swear!
This does bring tears to my eyes

I have now matured, went through tough times, built hard to withstand challenges.
Still I make friends overseas, I still get happy whenever I play this game, I still get happy whenever I touch Team Fortress 2.

I now play In a competitive scene of Team Fortress 2 called AsiaFortress League
and still, whenever I get a simple airshot or a grand epic airshot. I get excited and happy.
people who calls me tryhard and only cares about winning.

I can't say no to that

But still I love to see those conga lines (now there's loads more of dancing taunt lines)
and still partake in it whenever I am bored

I still see those nerfed broken combos still used, and re-invented to become a new strategized combo weapon synergy, how creative the player could be to maximize the unlocks of TF2. It really is heartwarming

Now a lot of people calls Team Fortress 2 a dead game, and how it's only kept alive because the trading scene. No, not really. Team Fortress 2 is a game for all kin and all ages, the true thing that keeps Team Fortress 2 alive are everyone of us who still plays the game passionately, and doesn't give a damn about these updates that "breaks" the game.

almost 4 years later I still play this game, though not as regularly, I occasionally come to have fun and see how the community barely changed, but how the game develops over time.

Funnily enough this game is bound to you, and I mean that by "after you play this game and get attached to it, you can NEVER go away from Team Fortress 2, you'll always come back and play this game." A saying my friend made.

I love this game, and I recommend you to try this game out. If you already do, play it more, because as soon as you say to yourself that you've hit the endgame. You'd be surprised of how far you actually are.

That's all, thanks for reading.
