Not sure where some of the textures are, but you can always reverse batch convert the missing ones with VTFEdit.

Regarding FP2 models, you weren't the first asking for the model...
FP1 models are a mess and I do not recommend trying to port them.

I do have that plugin, but in steamapps\common\MapleStory 2\Data\Resource\Model
the file types are all .m2d .m2h, do these need to be extracted somehow first?
Or maybe the beta used different file formats? If that is the case could you upload them somewhere?

The models come in .nif format. If you have the "fmt_gamebryo_nif.py" file under the /plugins/python/ folder then it should be working.
