I've played a good amount by now and while I've had some wins I still lose more runs than I complete. The game feels hard to me, it seems to really require some planning ahead to deal with the different types of enemies, especially elites (stronger than normal enemies w/more rewards) and bosses.
Despite the losses the game is very engaging and frankly addictive. I've blown like 3 hours straight playing this game, and I'm a working adult.
Anyway, no BS microtransactions, they are NOT selling card packs, it's literally a complete card game you buy once and then play forever. Imagine that.
So buy it.

I guess it'a all right. Can you 360° No-Scope™? Sure, of course, this is like basic functionality for ANY game. I remember 360° No-Scoping™ Ken dolls in Barbie Dreamhouse Party (game available on Steam as of the writing of this review), I wouldn't play a game where I couldn't 360° No-Scope™.
This game also has levels you can grind out, prestige, and grind out again. A tendie loving neckbeard such as myself cannot develop the healthy musk we cultivate without such grind. So another checkmark for the pros column.
Unfortunately it IS made by Germans, and we all know what that means. Blatant and troubling messages are found in the game if you look closely. Mostly having to do with pushing sauerkraut onto our impressionable children.
Despite such blatant sauerkrautization of our youth I must, begrudgingly, give this game a recommendation. Robots, guns, guns, more guns, attachments, tanks, missiles, rocket launchers, active reload, DIVINE item drops, this game will get you hard and get you off. Metaphorically speaking.
Go ahead and buy it. Or don't. I don't give a frick.

It's just grindy BS honestly. It's not terrible and I ended up putting a good chunk of hours into it. But there's just not depth there. It makes me feel like I wasted that time, I didn't get any more rewarding experience than leveling my shop and town. The fighting mechanics are not too hard to master, and the inventory Tetris feels maddening with the curses and other item specific stuff.
Just none of it is very developed. I cannot recommend this game and I think I will never play it again.

This game is very unique, although the main mechanic reminds me of a game I played years ago, I think it was called Aquaria. I love the tone of this game, the whimsy and use of bright and vivid colors. Just a treat to play.

What can I say about this game that hasn't already been said? I know people like to give Bethesda Softworks crap for some of the titles they've turned out lately but I thought Fallout 3 was a great attempt at making a 3d version of Fallout that kept a lot of the feel and tone of the old games while introducing modern graphics and mechanics that would appeal to a wider modern audience.
It's still worth playing today if you are into an action role playing game.

This is a fun little experience. Kind of a light puzzle game that relies almost as much on it's theme and tone as it does on its gameplay.
Perfect for a cold winter night.

This is a fun take on old school Oregon Trail. It adds a few things Oregon Trail doesn't have and overall it's a fun experience. I don't think this is one you're going to get hours and hours of playtime out of it but I'm glad I played it.

I really like this game, obviously don't get it if you don't like rogue-likes/rogue-lites, but if you do then definitely buy it, you'll have a lot of fun.

I tried to like this game, I really did. I was done after 3 hours but forced myself to play 12. I've got something like 500 hours into Borderlands 2 and played a ton of Borderlands 1. I love the series. But so many of the changes in TPS just don't work for me. First is the oxygen. It's not a big deal to manage the oxygen but what is it adding? Some extra little thing to keep track of? There is nothing about oxygen that adds to my enjoyment of the game.
I won't give a point by point break down but basically this is like Borderlands 2.5 but done worse than BL2. Worse level design, introduced mechanics that shouldn't have been introduced, stupid things like the grinder, and the characters and narrative isn't as good. I can't recommend this even for huge fans of the series.

Interesting concepts but not exectued well enough. This game is a shoot 'em up where you pilot a ship through levels while using various weapons and abilities to kill enemies, flip switches, etc. The controls are pretty good, not quite as tight as I might prefer but feels fine. The graphics are very simple and I don't care for the aethetic much.

If you are really desperate for a new, cheap shoot 'em up to play you could give this a try but otherwise don't waste your time.
