The game is... boring but okay. Simply that. Not good, not necessarily bad, just decent.

A classic point-and-click that aims to make you think about your very own sense of self as if you were a blank canvas... I guess.
I suppose the story went over my head because I couldn't be bothered to listen to the incessant rambling when finding a note.

The game honestly feels lacklustre; there's something missing to make it fun and because that something wasn't there, the game just felt bland and boring.

The idea is there, and it's interesting, too, but the execution could be better.

A wack story with absolutely butchered English (even Google Translate could do a better job).

I can see that the creator put some work into this and tried to make it interesting, but it really doesn't carry over. There is nothing to make this a 'good' game and I only played this to get it out of the way.

Good game. Shane made me depressed. Worth it.

What are the pros?
First of all, it's free. Which is quite cheap... A great price, so to say. The photos you can unlock by cleaning are very cute and, dare I say, sometimes lewd. The UI is cute, too, though still easy to use.

What are the negative aspects?
This game is insanely repetitive when it comes to 'gameplay' and the soundtrack. Both may become annoying after a while. You can always turn the sounds off and get some good music going, but let's be honest, who actually did that?
What's more is that it's very short and there's no real challenge. It's just clicking and dragging, occasionally switching items, but that's it.
Not to mention the actually lewd photos are censored. Outrageous!

What would I change?
I'd add more levels and make sure there's some kind of actual challenge. I'd also get rid of the censor. Why? Because we're all just lewd little things who were expecting to see some uncensored girl stuff.

Do I recommend this?
Ehh... not sure.If you have max 25 minutes to spare and if you like lewd anime girls, sure.
Personally, I think the game is a good way to get some achievements, but that's about it.

Well, first of all, it's free. If that doesn't make you already want to play then nothing will! Another thing is that the art style and sceneries are beautifully designed. Characters also have a variety of expressions. What's more is that the ambience fits the game insanely well and it really does create a certain atmosphere.
There's a few click-and-discover items that you can find at certain moments which reveal more about the family's past or just give some general information.

It's short...
This visual novel is exceptionally short and I'm left longing for more. Though, this is only the first of six episodes that has been released, so more of this exciting visual novel is sure to follow in due time!

Would I recommend this?
Yes, yes and yes. A million times yes. This is such an original visual novel that'll immediately captivate you with its eerie atmosphere and it'll have you yearning for more.

Pros!!
For starters, the amazing and beautifully drawn sceneries that immediately grab your attention and draw you in. There's also the superb and original story that you won't be able to get enough of!
Pigeon men. Yep. That's a pro.
Lastly, the tonnes of side stories and little secrets you can unlock and play. The possibilities are endless!

Are there even any cons??
Actually, yes, there are a few. While Hatoful Boyfriend had a whole lot of interactive options, this game just doesn't have near as many. The ones where you have to make choises though, are tough. Oh, how unlucky you are when you didn't save just before picking an answer!

Another one is that the UI may seem a bit confusing at times, because of all the different things you can do while playing. What's more is that it's a bit unfortunate that you can't view your progress when it comes to the radio episodes and the shrine scenes.

Rating?!?
Infinity/10. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an original visual novel with a comedic, yet also dark undertone. Of course, you'd have to play Hatoful Boyfriend first.

Tips!
Save you game regularly! You never know which option is the right one and whenever you pick the wrong one, you'll have to start over again!
Take it from me. I've had to restart multiple times...
