Good simulation game to get into Assembly Programming.
Requires some degree on intelligence.

What can I say ? This game has stood the test of time. It's the most definitive class based first person shooter. A decade has passed since this game was released. Can't believe it was released back in 2007. Seriously what other games are still being played on a massive scale of that era.

Why TF2 is great : one word "Variety". 9 Classes all with different playstyle. All the 9 classes have their other unlockable weapons and items which creates another 9 * 3 * 3 * 3 variation of playstyles possible.

For new players : Yes, this game requires decent amount of practice and playtime. It's not COD or Battlefield. You gotta watch your back every second or so from spies.

Where TF2 lacks : Competitive servers are empty. Hackers are able to harass legit players. Hostile behavior towards new players. Community servers are not the same as they used to be. Matchmaking issues.

Final words : People say that TF2 is dying. That may or may not be true. Nobody really knows how it will end up. Will Pyro vs Heavy update bring players back. I don't know. Personally I just enjoy the game till it lasts. Eventually like any other game on the planet TF2 will die. Even by that time I am pretty sure there would be hardcore players preserving this game on community servers.
