Coming back with 120ish hrs of gameplay, my opinion remains unchanged, this is the best written of the From Soft games, has the best gameplay loop and the best characters(Maybe Sekiro had on par characters), the lore with George in charge of the background is in the best shape its been since DS1.

Its possibly the best From Software game to date, very well done open world while retaining the Dark Souls aesthetic and combat, an incredible experience overall.
