I remember how fun this game used to be. How much time me and my friends would spend on this game and having fun almost the entire way through. That was years ago and even though I know that every game needs to die I have never personally followed a game step by step as the publishers are nailing every single nail in the coffin. CS:GO used to be my go-to game whenever I had time on my hands and even though I am nowhere near the person with the most amount of hours in this game I have gotten my fair share of playtime and I have played through every single patch and update that has slowly beaten this game to death.

I am sad to say that even though CS isn't dead to me I am no longer enjoying myself. The last update was the last nail and I am now certain that this game will fall into the hands of cheaters and griefers which this game has enough of already. The initial start of the update was terrible for me with crashes and graphical issues which didn't end after the initial updates and hotfixes Valve brought forward. Now the game has stopped crashing but I'm still having issues I didn't have before the patch; for example lag and packet loss. The people I have talked with ingame have had similar issues which means there is probably a fix coming at a later date but it's not enough. You can't put a "Get better" balloon on a piece of roadkill and expect it to get better. It's kinda funny but it's not gonna help. It breaks my heart but I have to give CS:GO a thumbs down and just pray to whatever divine power I feel connected to that one day I will have as much fun with this game as I used to do, all those years ago.
