LAST LAST Update: Knowing that Sony is walking back on the changes. I'm turning my review back to a positive. I may still have my issues with the balance changes. But this whole mess made me realize how much i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ miss playing this game. the missions, the chaos, maybe not the crashes, but the overall vibe and memes of this community made this one of the best gems to ever play. The game, when it works, the shooting is beefy, the graphics are amazing to look at, and as a mega sci -fi nerd. this is a world i love to get lost playing. We did it divers. Just hope the rest of the world can get access to playing this for many moons to come. Know your place, sony.

Yes, the dlc is ♥♥♥♥. no game should lock away difficulty that was made for free in the past games worth any kind of money. but with that said.....

I loved this game . the story was fantastic from start to finish. yes, even the slow start. i was hooked by every single second. Turn based yakuza wasn't something i wasn't too sure ill like but the gameplay is actually alot more in line with the beat em up titles of the past. speaking of that. kiryu is one of the all time best characters of gaming. a figure i looked up to during some of the hardest parts of my life. To see his rise and fall is heartbreaking. But as it is, thats the way of life. nothing lasts forever so if you put up with not having hard mode, I would rank this like a five star resort somewhere in the middle of the beach. Fly on, Kiryu!

no matter how hard that final fight was. I was not strong enough for that scene a few mins after. This truely does feel like the send off for kiryu that we thought we got in six. A great but small gem in terms of hours. doesnt matter though since ill play anything that has the dragon as a playable character. If you want some context for whats to come for like a dragon 8. i highly recommend you to play this. at the very least to get some closure for one of my fav characters in gaming. See in Hawaii, kiryu!

VERY VERY fun rougelike. among one of my favs of the genre so far. a fast paced mix between dmc and dark souls meets hades. from my play though, you got three characters to play as that all vary between styles. dual sword, sword and shield, and a spare holder. the game runs smooth even at 4k on my system. It is on the short end of the stick but unlike cod mw2023. the cost of the game is 1000% worth it. you got combos and counter attacks that can be pulled off easily once mastered. The mixed score is BS. this is one of those games i bought and played the moment it was released that i can't put down. so maybe give it a shot and judge it for yourself! a solid thumbs up

2.0 is the launch update gamers needed back in 2020. the game has came a long way from its buggy roots. (although i have ran into some. most have been harmless and very funny like npcs getting stuck on items.)

The combat revamps are among the best thing to happened with this game. its not the open ended rpg that we're not going to get and i said that in my old review that the game is a better borderlands clone than a deus ex one. the combat options have been tripled since the original game release. instead of having a million different med packs that you have to waste your money on. those and whatever nade you choose. automatically refills. This makes the combat feel so much more faster and tbh alot more fun as a action looter shooter. I've progressed a bit so far into PL and I'm still quite shook at how much the writing of this game still holds up years later. without spoiling too much. its one of the most coolest spy thrillers you'll ever play. a story that's carried by ibis and keanu.

The best way to get over the cyberpunk disappointment is to accept the game for what it is. both its strengths and weakness. an great looter shooter with very well told story. even more so after crying during edgerunners.



Small update to the review: This is one of the best dlcs ive ever played. the choices, the characters, a roller coaster ride from start to finsh. i finally understand the hype of this whole game update. a bittersweet finale to 2077. Question is, how will you go out?

think deep rock but with more melee. kind of reminds me of dark and darker without the pvp. VERY fun game that is also F R E E

okay, they fixed this game by making the grind for new weapons far more easiler. plus its a full on looter shooter/ slasher. any dope you run into has a chance of dropping some good loot. i dont mind the mmo parts being gone if it means i can look at niss's abs forever. Ty for not giving up on this game, AS. screw DE.

When you have WAY more fun in star citizen then in star field. you know you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up as a developer.
