My favorite game of all time. I've played through several times on Switch already and wanted to play through again before Silksong finally releases next week, so I figured I'd support Team Cherry some more in the process.

One of the only games I rate as a true 10 out of 10.

I actually quit this game about an hour into it the first time I played it, but a friend really encouraged me to stick with it and I am so glad that they did! At some point the game just really clicks and you start to really feel the rhythm of the fights and it becomes THE MOST satisfying. The world, character, enemy, and sound all come together so beautifully and the sound design especially really makes the game feel so weighty and each deflection feels really great. Someone once told me that this was secretly a rhythm game, and I cannot agree more. I ended up beating all of the bosses in the game and the final final boss is still one of my favorite/most memorable bosses that I've ever fought in a game. Also, I wish I could experience the giant monkey fight for the first time again. Highly recommend - 10/10.

Only a few hours in and this is exactly what I wanted it to be: Shin Megami Tensei in in a cyberpunk setting. It is different enough to feel like its own game while staying true to the franchise. If you enjoyed SMTV recently or even the recent Persona games, you'll enjoy this too.

I am a pretty casual player when it comes to fighting games and I haven't really played a Tekken game since Tekken 3 so take this for what it's worth but:

This game is fantastic! The graphics are very good and fluid and everything looks and feels really nice but most importantly the game is just really fun. There are a decent amount of characters and a lot of resources you can use if you are actually interested in learning the game (I suggest TekkenZaibatsu). The Rage feature and slow-mo close finishes adds a lot of excitement to the game as well.

I highly suggest that you get this game! Especially, if you have friends who you can play with!

Sidenote: Don't get discouraged because every other Tekken player has been playing Tekken regularly since '94...

Very fun game if you like PvP. I highly recommend playing it with a friend (or even someone you meet in game) that you can coordinate with and synergize.
