Yes, I am alive.
I am not at all well, though getting better.
New Meds are working a lot better now, really expensive ones though.
However, I still have work to go, breakthrough episodes are bad, and I went off meds all summer, am getting back on them now, and will be trying something new to help with the other bits..
Addendum: (2024) New meds seem to be doing good, like... really good.
Have titrated new meds to therapeutic dosages, and am feeling much better.
I Will hang in there, but I have much Higher Hopes now, I hope you do too, thank you if you are reading this.
I will keep trying, I promise, but ♥♥♥♥ is it hard.
