Outside of the HOTAS issue (I bought the Thrustmaster T16000M pre-emptively like many) the game has exceeded my expectations in terms of an Ace Combat game. I love it. I never played 6 so it really has been a decade in waiting for an AC for me and I've been having a blast. The HOTAS issue and the silence regarding it before release is definitely a problem, especially having PC users wait but MAN screw it, i got my HOTAS working and the game has got me hooked so if you like Ace Combat, truly, grab this game.
