A good game to get friends involved with in multiplayer but single player can be fun too. Lots of mods to spice things up after playing a long time be it visual only or ones that add new goals like building a tractor or adding new locations and characters. I especially recommend a canon friendly dialogue mod to make talking to the towns folk less repetitive after playing a while.

Viscera Cleanup Detail is a game where you clean up big bloody messes
Chunks of corpse and the like
Green blood and alien corpses are a bit more annoying to work with but one thing keeps me going either way

Dude this game is so good it's the best game of all time. If I was asked if I could only play one game for the rest of my life this would be it. Truly a masterpiece.
