I have always enjoyed Need for Speed games, Love the level of car customization and attention to detail on the parts actually making sense. There is always a huge selection of wheels and a few decent choices of body panels, and the paint/wrap system is really rather cool. I appreciate that included the "copy to other side" when doing side decals so they will match. The city is very cool to drive around it, and We are always finding new things to do or collect. The driving is odd with the "tap the gas to start a drift" and the simulation-arcade driving physics are very arcade heavy. The day/night mode is really nice, being able to choose what you are focusing on in a session, but I feel the absolute separation is odd. Gone is getting money AND xp from races at the same time, you get one or the other depending on whether it is day or night. The police are quite difficult to deal with or even run from, making night a little worrisome to play in, but you have to to get more parts/cars. the menu system is really bad, the coop seems to always throw fits and starting racing with the party seems really hit or miss. Over all I really enjoy this game and will continue to play it, as I am always a sucker for a great racing game with killer customization on your cars. I keep comparing this one to the NFS 2015 and this one wins in most of those comparisons.
