Absolutely one of the best horror games I have ever played, and easily the best game I've played in recent memory. The atmosphere, the visuals, the sound design, the immersion. It hooks you and refuses to let go. With minimal handholding and a story that doesn't force itself down your throat. You're allowed to focus on the world, it's details, and the gameplay.

I highly, highly recommend this game. Seriously amazing.

I had high hopes. Knowing this was from the developers of "El Paso: Elsewhere," I set high expectations, and I'm glad to say those expectations were passed by leaps and bounds. Finished the game in basically one sitting, and though the price felt a little high. I can imagine the planned content additions will justify it even more. 

The music and combat felt perfect together. The story was engaging yet minimal enough to give more focus on game play. Allowing you the opportunity to truly step into Harding's shoes and feel like a real badass. The flow of the levels was stellar, you could tackle them in any way you see fit as long as you had the skill to do so. The wide aim of guns supports rash-"run and gun" type play. You don't have to maintain pin point accuracy. The game play mechanics added in further story levels add a nice touch to make sure the game play doesn't stagnate as player skill or knowledge increases, while also tying into the story further. 

Honestly, I could go on forever about further small details. It was genuinely just a fun game.
Again, I highly recommend this for anyone who is even remotely interested in this title. Trust me, it is worth every penny.
