There is the potential for a great game here. It has beautiful visuals, a great atmosphere and an engaging gameplay loop, but in it's current state I can't recommend this game for anyone but the most dedicated of resource management aficionados.

The numerous flaws and possible fixes have been explored in detail in other reviews, but I will mention my two major gripes.

1: Poorly balanced resource usage. The "recommended" setting is far too punishing, especially when it comes to power usage. Add that to the baffling scarcity and expense of power cells and other necessities it becomes an annoyance very quickly. There is a custom game option that can alleviate the issue to some extent, but in my view it needs a complete overhaul.

2: Diverging control schemes and a lack of custom key bindings. The latter the devs have pledged to fix, but why the space suit has an unintuitive control scheme (at least when using a controller) that wildly differs from the truck to begin with is a bit of a strange one.

Bonus: Only 3 save files? Why?

For now the lack of polish on these fronts will make me put the game on a shelf for the time being, and come back to it at a later date when hopefully these and other issues have been smoothed out by the devs.

I'm not addicted, I just need to play a few more hours....

It's as if they took everything that was great about CMS2018 and improved it, then they took everything that was buggy and broken in CMS2018 and fixed it. Add to that a greatly widened feature set and I have very little negative to say about this game.

A great little timewaster, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys simulator games and cars.

While there is the promise of a good game here, in it's current state I cannot recommend it. As already thoroughly elucidated by several other people in the review section, there is just an eye watering list of bugs, missing features and baffling design decisions.
Perhaps they will get around to actually making this a good game like they eventually managed for BFV, but if this is what they are delivering now even after that fiasco then it feels like they have lost their soul somewhere along the way.

Avoid this game in int's current state. Check back in a few months.

A solid single player experience with a lot of interesting things to explore. If you liked Subnautica, you will like this continuation of the lore.

Surprisingly stable, robust and comprehensive for an early release, this fun game picks experiences from several prior successful games of the genre, and molds them into a well balanced new take which had me hooked from the first skill level ding.

An intriguing visual novel with a different twist. While it has some dating sim elements, that is not at all the focus and the surprising way it handles replays was a welcome change from what I had initially expected.

Recommended as a relaxing game to pass some time and enjoy an interesting story.

This teambuilding simulator will destroy your friendships faster than taking a dump on their living room table.
Thoroughly entertaining and highly recommended.

One of the best fighting games I have ever had the pleasure to play. Though the roster is a bit small for now, their movesets are complex and comprehensive, the balance is excellent and the gameplay as satisfying as it is challenging.
Add to that a fun story mode, great music and solid netcode and you have a winner on your hands. The cutesy graphics just make the entire experience even better.

Highly recommended.

A roaring success, and a worthy successor to Doom 2016. If anything, it's even better, taking the best parts of it's predecessor and improving them, while adding a whole host of unlocks, collectibles and challenges. And if you thought Doom 2016 was hard, you ain't seen nothing yet, and I mean that in the best possible way.
