У этой игры очень необычный геймплей, даже опытному геймеру сложно объяснить какой жанр у Дота 2. Википедия говорит, что это игра MOBA, переводится как многопользовательская арена для сражений. Очень обширный термин, такое впечатление, что когда его придумывали, на эту игру смотрели с высоты птичьего полета. Такими словами можно описать любую многопользовательскую игру с элементами военного противостояния.
