Played both in PS4 and PC. Definitely better in PC with Ultra High Settings. Sometimes it feels like a survival horror game, you know when you are fighting a machine and suddenly you run out of ammo, crafting material and health flower. I wish they will release HZD 2 in PC as well.

10/10 would recommend!
