There really should of never of been a gap in the U.S. Constitution from mental health and automatic service and help.
The way that the 28th,29th, and 30th amendment works::::
28:::All persons can and shall have foot access to a police station(shower), a lit path, and the ability to (have own)use a phone for help. This is a fundamental right. Basically the calls for help need to be answered and pathways for the future properly made. No wandering through the dark trying to propagate a case.
29:::All persons shall not be punished for smoking marijuana. Instead, there will be a respect for each other's personal space, your first girlfriend and boyfriend need to stay apart until we have completely moved away(jk...but yea) Moving out is a right! Growing up is a right! The government should let everybody enter their DNA into the system, and if you want your children tagged then it can happen. On the other hand the government might try and build a database of its own. This final DNA collections decision, which is a criminal prerogative, should be a decision left to the States. Only the government can decide what strains there really are!
30:::All persons, children, men, woman, animals, and even God(s) have a fundamental right to attack and defeat global terrorism and modern day slavery.
