To read this review you have to pass through a timed trial of a few seconds with no instruction after 10 minutes of unskippable filler content and you need to have the 35 hours of Jester (El Payaso) lore fresh in your mind to understand the absolute asinine requirements. If you do not care about doing all puzzles perfectly, the game is stupidly easy and quick, and if you do, it turns into an absolute chore. Someone in the team thinks he is cooking with the cinematics but no one cares about Marina Whaleworthy or whatever her stupid-ass forgettable name is. The design is cool and the puzzle ideas are genuinely good, but the execution is horrible. Our Friendship sank with gusto. No Fun to be had unironically from this game. 3 puzzles stretched to their absolute maximum to justify the existance of this dumpster fire of a sequel.

Oh boy, i don't know where to begin! I was absolutely thrilled when The Jester (El Payaso) showed up and rattled my bones to their very core. My friend was absolutely speechless at the care put in the lore of the game and we played each installment awaiting the top-notch writing that was surely ready to surprise us even more on the next one. Needless to say we are very satisfied on spending 40 minutes doing the same timed puzzle over and over again or trying to understand the absolutely convoluted moon logic the devs came up with, but to be honest with you we would pay the full price tag just to have EL PAYASO laughing for 11 hours in a loop.

Totally recommend, can't wait for the next one (Hijo del Payaso?)
