Definitely a step in the right direction for the Sonic franchise. Would love to see how Sonic Team expands on the gameplay for the next entry!

Runescape isn't the kind of game you can recommend to anybody and expect them to like it, but if they did end up liking it, there is no end to the grind.

I'd say this is pretty much the first game that I truly got into as a kid back in 2006, and that continued all the way through to 2012. Then the combat overhaul came, and honestly? It was still a fun game, I would have kept playing if it wasn't for what happened next. Jagex released a backup of an older version of the game in 2013, and here we are today!

Since its release, I've logged over 1750 hours into OSRS, not even counting the hours I've logged in the original game. It's a highly addictive game, and it's great to play on the side while you're focusing on something else. Everything you achieve in the game gives you a nice sense of progression and that gives motivation to progress even further. It's the feeling that keeps me coming back on and off for many years.

The game isn't perfect; there is a ridiculous amount of bots plaguing the F2P worlds, the game suffers from powercreep which makes older content obsolete, and the official client is missing a lot of features that many players require to enjoy the game (draw distance, tooltips, indicators). But I do think the current team is doing a great job maintaining the game, because if Old School Runescape was exactly the same as it was when it released in 2013, it likely wouldn't have grown as much as it has. There is still a lot more work to be done, but I am pretty happy with where the game is at compared to where it was.

It's like Lucioball but GTA!

I love this game to death, I really do, but I cannot recommend the game in its current state. Casual is filled to the brim with bots which make it almost impossible to play without at least one game being ruined.

I've always held out hope that maybe there would be a resurgence for the game, but the game just isn't what it used to be and I don't think it'll ever get any better. However, at the very least, please get rid of the bots so we can play the game. We don't need more content, we just need the game to be accessible.
