It's good, but don't expect a 100% free-to-play experience here, you need most old DLCs to access certain locations.
Game can do better, maybe wait to start when a new DLC or season starts.

I changed factions because one character would not open a locked door only he could open.
10/10 this is the Bethesda experience.

I would not recommend NeosVR for starting VR players looking for easy to access avatar customization and entertainment.
Does not help the team recently made a push for a Crypto gimmick, ignoring promises not do do so.
