An incredible game with so much potential and which is only enhanced further by the addition of mods (which are integrated to the game itself).

This game has more than once entered my dreams with pipes, belts and inserters being built as my mind keeps playing and building even when I've stopped. If I wasn't a perfectionist before I played this game, I feel like one more and more each time.

Highly recommended and with a friend you'll have even more fun forever expanding and building your base, becoming experts in your respective factory fields, and watch the hours run away from you.

Simple, yet deep and rich in narrative without overwhelming the player.
Shape your character towards different skills and professions, preparing yourself for the impending Yawhg.

I would love to use this as an educational game, talking about different narrative plots, how actions of one character influences the choices and outcomes of another, as well as optimal ways to maximize certain skills or where in the city certain skills are honed, and why.

I will probably update this at some point when I've fleshed out my approach to this game and it's use in the classroom. But until then, I can do nothing more than recommend it with all my heart.

A gripping tale about a simple high-school girl who gets an almost ideal power for any indecisive teenager, to rewind and try a different approach, see the immediate reaction but not the long term effect, but at what cost?

There's so many pieces working in tandem here, and by the end of the 5 hour session in which me and two of my students played this, something wonderful happened to them. For two 16 year olds, the most important thing is their phones (an equally important narrative tool in the game) but after the first major decision, immersion gripped them, hard. Phones were of no interest to them, they moved through the world, no longer skipping talking to optional characters, but looking at everything and everyone because they were not playing a game, they were experiencing it. Watching them rewind, repeating, discussing, and even stopping for minutes to really think through choices was one of the greatest joys I've ever experienced!

If you have to compare this to any of the Telltale series (which one might inevitably do), then I'd first tell you to not do that, but secondly I'd say that it's perhaps a bit more black and white with the choices, each decision has a more distinct "good and bad" repercussion compared to Telltale. You get very clear feedback that "this was bad" or "this person will not like that" but I'm alright with that. Why? The game is set in high-school and it caters to that audience, the language is simpler as a result of this, and despite decisions having a clear cause and effect when they happen, I think they diffuse what it actually means at a future point in the story.

And this, my friends, is why I can't wait to play the next episode!

A really great dungeon-crawler with lots of elements that people who play Torchlight II will be familiar with. The voice acting is also wonderful, and actually made me interested and invested in Van Helsing and Katarina's story, really ambitious for the price it is sold for, definitely worth a buy.
Want an alternative to Torchlight II? With more story? Then this game is a great choice, and there's multiplayer when you want to bring your friends!

An incredible experience, think of it as a brawler with metroid and castlevania elements to it.
It does a lot of things right, and very few things wrong and the story will bring you closer to the characters than you ever thought. I cannot recommend this enough!

I really love this game, so many combinations to play with and the dialogue of broken swedish is just hilarious :D
