Not worth a $30 EA price for a game with just the bare minimum. Would probably consider at $10-15 with what is available rn.

Things that make it not worth it for me:
- Lighting issues either too bright or too dark
- Gathering resources feels clunky. i.e. chopped logs clipping into the ground and tweaking out
- Building bugs: i.e. you can't zoom in and out so when you try to delete a piece if there's something behind where the camera is placed, there's a chance you delete that instead
- performance issues
- janky combat
- not a lot of core features at this moment.

I like RS, I like survival games, and I want this game to do well. But I can't recommend it at this price point with its current offerings, EA or not. Roadmap looks promising but we've had people stray from roadmaps before so.

We are so back.

Fell asleep while hosting server, woke up to trolls f*cking up our base.

Now bought a dedicated server.

10/10.

I like this game, but it crashes so often.

IF you have the patience to constantly restart crash after crash then go ahead and buy, if you'll get tilted just wait until they fix them.

Game constantly crashes to desktop :/ fun game with friends when it decides to actually work.

Spent hours gathering 2mil worth of loot in blackzone solo dungeons, gets ganked on the way back. Calls my goons to kill them, this game is a gang simulator.

Haven't had this many issues staying connected to a lobby since For Honor, hopefully they fix it because it IS a fun game.

And here I thought they delayed it so they can give us a good port from the get go.

EDIT:
They have now addressed the connection issues that I initially disliked about the game. You can now enjoy getting pummeled by bagel goose with your friends, would recommend.
