After I finished the game, I decided to write a review, because I wanna tell everyone my opinion about this mod. There are plenty of aspects I liked about this game. You will encounter spoilers, so it's better to finish the game before reading the review.

Gameplay

The gameplay itself is a bit different from any Half-Life game or mod, first because you play as the bad guy, second because your character can talk and third because this time you don't wear a H.E.V. suit. Instead of the H.E.V. suit, you wear the Metrocop outfit, which very similar to the H.E.V. suit, the only differences being the lantern (which is this time blue) and the fact that the suit doesn't protect you as much as the suit Gordon Freeman wears.

Difficulty

The game itself is a bit harder, because of the new puzzles and because the suit you wear isn't protecting you that much. If you finished Half-Life 2 previously, then you shouldn't have problems finishing this mod.

Characters

Eh, there aren't a lot of characters, yet Barney re-appears in this mod as one of the antagonists. There are only a few Metrocops in this game. The enemies are rebels, zombies, fast zombies, poison zombies, headcrabs, fast headcrabs, poison headcrabs, vortiguants and you can fight stalkers as well. The hunter from Half-Life 2 : Episode 2 re-appears in this game as the one and only boss. Combine Soldiers bring you to the Nova Prospekt (or to a prison) at the end of the game, and there is an Advisor as well.

Storyline

The storyline is good, and there are puzzles much like in Half-Life 2.A thing that I liked at the game was the huge core (The Entropy) that you had to destroy. After you deactivated all of the three points, you will see on the core the title of the game : "Entropy : Zero", revealing the fact that the game's goal was to deactivate that huge core. The end itself is sad, but hey, you are the bad guy, not the good guy.

Bugs

The only notable bug I found is the possibility to pass through lasers at the final chapter, if you crouch-jump.

Soundtrack

I liked the soundtrack a lot. There are some original songs and yes, there are remixes of songs from Half-Life 2 and its episodes (such as the Guard Down remix which plays at the credits screen).

Weapons

Most of the weapons are some the weapons you find in Half-Life 2. The new weapons (and gadgets you find) are the manhack and the different AR2. Now the weapons have recoil, much like CS:GO, yet the recoil seems to be more realistic.

Graphics

A little lighting improvements, but there aren't a lot of graphical improvements. I can say that the graphics are nearly identical to the Half-Life 2 ones.

TL;DR : Entropy : Zero is a great Half-Life 2 mod, which lets you play as the bad guy. It is an unique mod because of the gameplay and its mechanics.
