I won't bore you with a breakdown of this game. Just look at the games featured on my Steam page, check all the games I've played. CrossCode still manages to be my favorite game on Steam. Get it, play it.

Once there was an ugly Scanner Type Model.
He was so ugly that everyone died.
The end.

Oh Biohazard. I loved you at your Code Veronica, so I'm glad I deserve you at your Village. No matter how much you change, I'll be there for you...

I mean, RE8 is great, everything about it. Play it.

Early Access Review
30XX so far it's really good and it's just an alpha build. I can't recomend this game enough to anyone who is into the Mega Man formula. It takes the best parts of it and then adds some elements that just work. Looking forward to the next updates.

Update: Not only is this game great, it also allows me to get a badge by updating this review. A must buy!

Second update, after full release and new character: The game keeps getting better, the new character is a mix of Nina and Ace plus some new mechanics, and it feels like playing a Castlevania version of Megaman. Love it.

Hellblade is one of those experiences that takes a medium and shows you what can be done with it to send a message, to plant an idea.

I played Hellblade knowing pretty much nothing about it. On the surface this game is about Senua, a celtic warrior in her journey through some mysteryous land facing many challenges and enemies, monsters and deities among them. But Senua's behavior, how the land reacts to her, and what some of these entities do and say, tell you there's more to Hellblade than meets the eye. And I strongly recommend you to play this game, play it, whitout investigating what this game is about. The least you know, the better. Play it blind like I did.

The following you should only read after you have played the full game. Spoilers ahead.

Hellblade is a game that gives a voice to some people who society don't even bother to look down on, people who are ignored and forgotten. Senua suffers from psychosis and the epic journey she goes through is all in her head. This game shows us the horror of such affliction in a exciting and yet respecful way.

Even though the technical aspects of this game are all fantastic, visuals, sound and gameplay. It is the message what really stands out and to me, it'll stay with me, like a voice telling me: Don't take people for granted, you never know what they've been through.

I was supposed to play for a bit because I got work to do, but over 5 hours later I finally managed to take a break. Can't recommend this game enough. It manages to be a better survival horror game than the Raccoon City based games and have better action than the ganados based games. Every aspect of it is outstanding, the gameplay mechanics, visuals, animations, sound desing all great. And the sound design is so good I actually didn't miss the old soundtrack. If you like horror games at all, you will like RE2MAKE. Play it.

Update: The game was great all the way till the end.

Like many others have said, this expansion is a labor of love. If you like Titan Quest you owe to yourself to play this.
