I'd recommend you buy it on a sale. It can go for pretty cheap sometimes.

Pretty short game. 2 hours if you're fast, 3 if you struggle a bit.
It offers replay value by making it possible to play it twice, with puzzle solutions being different on the second try. This way both players can experience either perspective once.
This is also required to get all the achievements.

Intrigueing story, a lot isn't said, but implied. Makes for interesting food for thought, but it's really not that deep at the end of the day.

Neat atmosphere. The game has a dark tone to it, sometimes gets a bit "disgusting" if you're not good with looking at blood or dead bodies. It's a rather cartoonish style though, so its palattable.

Fun puzzles. The puzzles aren't really very complex, it mostly comes down to communicating a different kind of code to your partner, who inputs the sequence to get to the next puzzle. Puzzles are solved in a pre-designed order, except for the few times you have 2-3 puzzles available at the same time, but often miss some elements you get from other puzzles anyway. Not too challenging, but a fun communication challenge.

All in all, it's short, has a dark atmosphere and puzzles mostly focusing on your ability to communicate codes rather than puzzles that are more on the complex side of things.

Came back after a long break from the game, playing since beta way back.

If you are new to this game:
it's a gacha hell, like Genshin impact. You use "scrolls" to summon random monsters, to get better units to use in various types of content.
The thing that makes this one stand out is that it offers a variety of options for PVP! Which can be scary since P2W, but you can compete in lower leagues F2P.
It's a grind game, as most mobile gachas that are not storydriven are, so be prepared to just have this open in the background a lot.

If you are of the old guard: A LOT HAS CHANGED. Runes are no longer RNG upgrades.
You can pursue multiple areas of content at the same time now.
You can bunch-summon up to 100 things at once.
They simplified and streamlined new player experiences.
You have INFINITE STORAGE for monsters! (Considering you didn't touch the monster yet after summoning)
Expanded storage for runes.
New content and upgrade/progression mechanics with second awakenings and artefacts.

However, they also have this:
Heavy in-your-face popup adds, like a lot of them. If you are on a longer session they tend to go away after a bit though it's still annoying. They do need to make money after all though.
They made Guild War bad. Like, it was great, why "fix" it. Not a big fan of the new system personally. And I'm not alone with this.

Overall it's a good gacha game you can reasonably F2P, I'd recommend it if you like gacha games, or grind games where you have a lot of long term progression.

I had FUN!! in this game.

#1 My first embark, I didn't know my dwarfs needed drinks, and well, once I saw they were all dying of thirst, I didn't know how to get them.. they all died!
#2 I made it to a Village stage, and apparently one of the latest migrants was voted to be the Mayor! He was a Necromancer! He turned my dwarfs into ghoul things! Everyone was very unhappy, and I mean VERY UNHAPPY.
#3 20 Giant Flies vs 20 Dwarfs is not a fair matchup!
#4 What the hell is a legendary beast, and what are expansive caverns, THERE IS GOBLINS IN THIS GAME?

#5 Okay, so, you are telling me, when this legendary beast werelizard.. injures my dwarfs.. AT ALL... they turn into werelizards and now all my dwarfs turned into werelizards????

So far this game has been quite the ride. Can recommend.

For the price you pay you get an amazing game you can have fun with for a decent amount of time easily lasting you a couple sessions of 3-4 hours.
If you go by a dollar an hour you easily get your money's worth.

The game plays great, the recent two expansions adding new endgame features make picking the game up to either continue, or play anew with more content and increased difficulty a blast.

If they add another expansion it's going to be wild, already a great game with a unique concept, really hoping to see more endgame advancements rn.

Game is nice.

DLC are like 300€. Unplayable without DLC.

Hence, if you don't pay your 300€ entry fee this game doesn't really make sense to play as all the cool features are locked behind an ever growing paywall.

-> Doesn't run that well even with top of the mountain hardware, lots of stuff was disappointing, mostly the variety in people you see, seeing the same character model 4 times walking next to each other in an "immersive" city wasn't that great.

It used to be pretty (pretty pretty) buggy and glitch infested in my playthrough (that didnt last too long), dunno bout now, might update.

Driving cars felt like ♥♥♥♥ to me, the handling was awful. My PS2 NFS:Most Wanted did better, all i'm saying. Given, i did drive with keyboard, but i CBA to switch to controller in a shooting game just to drive from A to B.

Will update should i play it again in the future, played it when it came out, making the review now.

Solid carbon copy of the great Element TD of Warcraft/Starcraft.

So far not a lot of difference as far as i can see with the exception of new gamemodes, but if this game keeps getting new content like it there will be a lot to expand on, which is great! Definitely give this a go once it comes out, unless recent reviews state otherwise, and check it out right now to support it, and if you enjoy Element TD as you know it!

A great social deduction game that is fine as it is right now, but personally feels very unexciting after a couple hours.

I'd love to see more varity in roles, modes(pre game options) and maps. Maybe something like a Jester role that has to try and get voted out to win or an executioner type role that has to get an innocent player voted out to win. Or a hunter type role that can once per game shoot someone during the discussion phase. Stuff like that would be cool. A higher player cap might also work well, especially when adding more roles.
