Great game! The fun of learning to manage your own warmongering nation and build an efficient army, navy, airforce and speical forces, then adding it all together to beat the largest nations is unparalelled, only challenged by Paradox' other titles.
The modding scene for the game is massive and good aswell, lots of creative alt-history mods and good small niche mods aswell.
Multiplayer is also brilliant as there is variety in what can be done there aswell. People play competitively in large scale historical games where nations try to beat their nations' historical rivals.
Other multiplayer activities include roleplay, ahistorical and modded.
Overall one of the best strategy games out there along with Paradox' other releases.

Great game with friends, not so much without them, MM is quite a nightmare especially alone though it is playable.
Lots of community servers with loads of variety from retakes and executes to zombie modes and the such.
