The game is genuinely just Chinese Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune, not that that is inherently a bad thing but all I can think of is how bad the driving feels compared to WMMT.

It's also a pretty lazy port to be honest, you have to manually cap the framerate or it goes way too fast, as well as no pause option mid-race. Obviously there are no graphics options available either.

Only get it if it's cheap on sale, but definitely not worth anything above 5 bucks.
