Cancer simulator is a great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. GOTY worthy... Real talk, Graphics get better every update. Gameplay is constantly changing as they try to find a system that gives it a survival feel. New weapons added often to keep the game fresh. Overall fun, i recommend playing with a big group of people. 9/11, would blow up again.
