I think this is the game that inspired Hideo Kojima to create Death Stranding, because both have main characters alone in wastelands.

Very good puzzle game with levels of varying difficulty. Also has Tetronimo based puzzles which makes it automatically 5 stars

Easily the best FM yet. The UI is beautiful and easy to figure out, the new tactics are really cool and allow for more creativity. The training setup is very good and work well. VAR and goal line tech are nice additions as well. They all culminate in a great game and something that is extremely enjoyable.

If you are going into this game thinking it will be completely different to the previous version, then you will not enjoy it. This takes what was good about FM17 and builds upon them. For example the new ‘Dynamics’ system allows you to see different ways of seeing data that was often hard to understand last year. During the beta, people were getting loads of injuries, myself included, but I feel that is down to match sharpness, as players that come back in after 4 games, have had injuries even when they have 91 match sharpness.

But overall, I feel that out of the 3 versions I have owned on PC, this seems to be the best. It takes a bit of time to learn where some features are and because of the taskbar reshuffle, but it is an improvement of the last rendition of the game.

I got this game in a bundle ages ago and never touched it. But while bored on a Sunday afternoon, I loaded it up and it turned out to be a very good game. Clever mechanics, detailed plot and characters and genius achievements all contribute to this excellent example of an indie game.

I wouldn't pay the full price of the game as for £6.99, it lacks playability once you have completed it. But during a sale, I would definitely recommend getting this game as it provides a few hours of mind stimulation.
