Except for the freezing and crashing. I don't like that but it doesn't do it that often so, whatever. Go explore the wasteland and kill a mutated rat or something.

It's disappointing, to say the least, that I cannot share this game with other members of my family on the same computer like all my other Steam games. To me, it seem unfair that there ins't a warning about this before the purchase. I will not be buying EA/Origin games or DLC in the future.

The game play is alright, I guess. Kind of boring though.

I've heard good things about this board game. I bought the digital version to learn it before subjecting my family to the physical version. Well that's not going to happen. This digital game is so frustrating I have no interest in playing it ever again. In fact, I'm starting to feel let down by Asmodee games in general. They all seem to have the same general problems.

The audio effects and music are terrible. Just silence them for a better experience. The tutorial and help menu are completely inadequate for someone who hasn't played the game before. Some advice: read a copy of the instructions for the physical game before you try to play on the computer. The interface is terrible. It's obviously codded for a 1024x768 screen and if you have a higher resolution screen it looks like garbage. And if you try to overcome that by using a windowed view the game doesn't work because all the buttons' click boxes are in the wrong place. After about ten minutes of play I put a race in decline only to not be able to pick another combo. I took me a few minutes of clicking everything to realise I had to exit the app and restore my game for the "Pick" button (that should have been there before) to appear.

If you like dying over and over, and not having a chance in h*ck, is this that game for you. Seriously, be careful right after you've defeated the X monster and gathered enough things to do the thing. That's when X+1 monster/disaster will come and kill you. 10/10 game though, would die again. And again.

Do not buy this game. I thought it was going to be like Stars! and it might be. However, this game is virtually unplayable on my computer (Win10 64, i5-7300HQ 2.5Ghz, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050) at native screen resolution. The frame rate drops to 5fps when you go two levels deep on a window. It seems to be a known problem. There are many posts about it and I tried many suggestions and spent many hours to get it to an acceptable level without success.

Maybe if I had played the first game I'd be able to blast off some spells from memory. Maybe if I had friends to play with it might be possible to get anywhere. Maybe if I had some time to memorize some decent spells I would stand half a chance.

Too steep of a learing curve with not enough reward for me. Glad I only paid $1 through a Humble Bundle.
