I'm having a great time with The King is Watching, and now that there's mid run saving I can play more often!

I'm giving it a thumbs up because I had fun while getting the achievements.
But, it's too easy to get the achievements, needs more roguelike stuff like keeping key upgrades when you lose or some of them or something, and doesn't have enough original text to go through.
It would have been nice is the devs spent more time coming up with their own text... the small amount they did come up with is great, just needs more of that so they don't have to rely on free to use old books. And the text repeats itself a lot.

This game is great. Build up your city until things start going wrong, win, try again.

Easy 100%, fun enough, the video shows you exactly what to expect.

Still having fun, upgrading primary weapons is a nice free addition, surprised that overall HD2 still has mostly positive... but we got that sweet cape so everyone can change their recommendations to yes!

Game is freezing for me now twice on the same mission. I repaired installed files and was able to pass the mission on the third try. I'll finish my review when I complete it.

It's 2025 and there are so many better games to play than Borderlands.
There is basically one environment, 6 different enemy types, it's very easy, and claptrap is annoying reminding you about new quests all the time. The get to a new area and collect 4 gun pieces to get a gun that isn't as good as what you're already using over and over is just tiring.
The graphics still look good and can be ran at 4K, and the gun play is great, but that's about it.
If you don't already have it just skip it and get Borderlands 2 instead.

Just giving a quick thumbs up for now. It's fun so far!

Just tried this and it's fantastic!

So far I'm liking this a lot. I like how there's so many shortcuts and it's quick to restart at the checkpoints when you inevitably crash.
