40 Hours In:

Elden Ring has dragged me into a world where every corner hides something that wants me dead, and I love it. This game gives me the freedom to explore a beautifully twisted landscape filled with merciless enemies and brutal bosses. At level 65, I'm still learning, dying, and struggling through the darkness, but there's an addictive thrill in the challenge. The sense of adventure is like walking through a haunted house, not knowing what horror lurks around the next bend. The community is a cult of masochists, and every reference feels like a secret code you decipher with your own blood. It's a beautifully dark descent into madness. AND I AM JUST GETTING STARTED. magic buthole.......

What an awesome game, The movement has lots of potential and all the classes are well tuned all complimenting each over. Its like rock paper and scissors with more options but is a fun loop. I am really enjoying flying around as the light class sneaking up and killing people from behind, or strategically playing as medium placing turrets and mines and dominating control on the objective. There is also a heavy class I don't play as much but is also awesome smashing through walls putting up shields and controlling and locking down a area.

This game is worth playing if you want to play with friends or do some casual Milsim. It also gives you the chance to get involved with some modding or modelling if you are interested.

Having to change my review because of the Developers recent changes to the game I thought that they where going to head in the right direction but damn I was wrong I wish I could get a refund...

Here a few reasons not to get this game:

Devs Decision for Artificial Inflation of existing game content to keep players engaged for longer.
Constant Co-Op Connectivity issues server latency and rubber banding.
Terrible performance in any place apart from a desert.
Clunky Controls during ability use and ads with weapons that cannot be changed.
Sprinting strafe movement is awful.
Ongoing Balance Changes will be just as bad as recent changes

Summary:
This game is not worth your time or money unless you have dedicated friends who you know you will have fun with while playing it even if it is a laggy, clunky and unfun game that could of done really well with them focusing on server performance and underpowered abilities rather then nerfing all the fun abilities and making the game harder in the same patch....
