A very charming RPG brimming with all sorts of horror references and easter eggs. Highly recommend this title if you are looking for a cozy and heartwarming experience of being a skeleton girl looking for her lost doggo. Though there are some frustrating parts they are just as much a part of the experience and do not hold the game back at all. All in all if you are looking for a spooky month game look no further than HorrorVale.

The first international release of the creative madlad known as Suda 51 is a masterpiece. From the cutscenes to the gunplay and presentation. Myself and a few friends have had hours of fun and laughs romping through the story and gameplay. It is not meant for everyone and at times some of the story beads feel stilted. Though that is not enough to get in the way of me recommending it to prospective buyers. Give it a shot you might just enjoy it.

The perfect game for chronic gamblers that wish to bet their luck against something more dangerous and exotic. Currently grinding away at Endless Mode for the last two achievements. The AI for that mode always keeps me on my toes as do the loads and item allotment. Would highly recommend this game to friends and family especially with the low price point.

My friend gifted this wonderful game to me. It is a fantastic combination of Peggle gameplay mixed with genuine strategy. Have yet to beat it but have made it to the mines. Fingers crossed for me.

My ADHD rears its head again as I have spent almost two hours looking for cats. I had to use hints for the last three and there were points I was doing something else and completely forgot about the game. Listen it is free and has cats what more do you honestly want?

Somehow I went from playing RDR 2 to spending an hour looking for cats. 10/10 would be ADHD again!

I originally came to know UltraKill from Maxor's famous Inaccurate Game Summary videos. Though I did not get it because of them. In fact my DM actually gifted me this game very great guy! I am not very good at this game certainly no pro. But that does not matter because this game is just fun whether you are able to chain husk kill combos and swap weapons like you are John Wick at an ATF compound. Or you have the reflexes of a rusted bike chain that is the only thing standing between you and the inside of an abandoned theme park. UltraKill is a fast paced trip of an experience and I do mean fast paced.

Not even my ADHD can keep up with the sheer amount of sensory details, viscera, and enemies on screen at any given time. In addition to having a solid and rewarding gameplay loop and a varied and versatile arsenal at your disposal. What really makes this game shine is just how absurd the creator makes the secret missions. From a dating simulator route to V1 taking the role of Crash Bandicoot there is something for everyone.

I highly recommend this title both for yourself and as a gift for friends. As of this writing Act III is still in development but it will certainly be worth the wait and hype given how amazing the Prelude and two proceeding Acts were. Buy this today before Gabriel makes you his ♥♥♥♥♥!

I am a latecomer to the series though was aware of this character and franchise for a long time. And had even played some of the creator's other games like DMC. Now I had heard a lot about this franchise and how the character was overly sexualized. Which I believe is an unfair accusation as while Bayonetta is confidant, flirty, and extra. She never really overdoes it with the sex appeal. If anything the creators were very faithful to the source material of European witches. Especially regarding the power of their hair and how their freedom and confidence led many to condemn them to a grim fate.

In fact Bayonetta while a tease is also capable of very genuine emotional moments, platonic moments, and generally maternal moments toward a particular little girl that I will not spoil. The music is very memorable so much so that Fly Me To The Moon is now stuck in my head. The characters are very well executed and realized. The combat is fluid, fast paced, rewarding, and punishing. The humor is very solid and does not miss. I especially enjoyed the dance number at the end of the game.

For as much praise as I have for the game I would stress that despite this port being old it requires a competent laptop or desktop setup. My computer has only 128MB of VRAM. Thankfully, I never had lag during gameplay. Though more than a few cutscenes stuttered and some never played at all. There were crashes to and some getting use to the controls. In fact I died quite a bit on the QTEs as by default the UI indicator is turned off for them in the options menu. Re-enabling that option helped make the experience smoother.
Though I did have to look up many of the cutscenes via Youtube to enjoy them as intended. And I had instances of bugged menus and crashes that peppered my playthrough.

All in all this game is a solid 10/10 with the right rig. And still about an 8 or 9 with an inferior one.

I missed the boat on No More Heroes as I did not own a Wii at the time and the reviews I saw for it in Game Informer at the time were not very positive. Yet deep down I had this urge to play the game. Even saw a few videos on it and read a bit of the wiki on some of the characters only going surface deep and not really delving anymore than that. Eventually, a good friend of mine bought the game for me and I tried it out. Needless to say I have fallen in love with it. Yes using my PS4 controller was a little weird at first as all the prompts were Xbox controls. And I have to fiddle with the fullscreen as well as the subtitles option.

Afterwards though, it was pretty smooth sailing (I did have to put the Genki Rockets song back in with a mod.) Only crashed once in my entire playthrough and I cannot even recall where it was. This game does have broken achievements however, not to mention the promised patch has been in development for almost two years could easily go to three at this rate. And I will admit the sound mixing on this port is not very good as in the enemies screams when decapitated are ear piercingly loud so you may want to turn down the SFX volume on them.

Overall I would rate my experience with this game very fondly. Fun story and characters that are compelling. Innovative combat system. A very unique way of approaching ranked fights and a decent enough overworld that I can ride around on with Travis's motorcycle. I am typing this while downloading NMH2 Desperate Struggle and I hope in spite of its bugs like this port had. It will be as good as this game was. (Please release the patch already!)

This was a fun Warioware styled game that had some incredible potential. Sadly it is now doomed to remain forever unfinished after months of waiting on tender-hooks. The developers pulled the plug and essentially ran off with the cash. Was hoping to see this game through to the end but a game with an abrupt ending will always leave a sour taste in my mouth. I do not recommend this game at all.
