Played with two friends, don't really get the hate. It was pretty fun with coordination, the gameplay felt serious, gun fights weren't over in a second but didn't feel dragged out. Maps are a bit big, but it's pretty good still.

The game actually sucks past 10 minutes. Levels 30-60 have literally nothing new to offer, level design is bland and tile-y, the movement is slow and boring, and the only saving grace of the game is the glitch. Me and my friend raced this game, beat in like, an hour, and it was all about the glitch, nothing else.

If you just want a fun horror game to learn and play with your friends, this game can get you a good 12-16 hours of time before it starts getting a bit grindy.
But, if you're willing to meet the game's increasing demands, you can get higher rewards to counteract increasing level requirements. It requires more skill, deduction, and mastery, and if you're into mastering games, this one's a good one, and it's still being updated.

If you like balatro or any other engine-building like games, then you'll probably like this. Seemed easy at first, but then you move onto the other "balls" (basically decks or characters) and things get interesting as you have to play around a specific handicap. Gameplay is awesome, art is really nice, music is alright and the ui is pretty bland, but for it's price, this game is totally worth it.
