Awesome game. Has a lot going for it. Though id really want a proper release now with the story implemented. The rest can be patched and added afterwards. since the game is clearly good enough to be launched already.

Getting PTSD from all these superlong early access developments.

Game still freezes a lot during AI turn. Makes it unplayable unless you got the patience of an angel. Seriously, i just want this bug fixed. And i feel ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ entitled to it since i spent all this money on the series.

I've bought all the DLC's etc and been a civ consumer since their first game. Unfortunately i'm gonna have to boycott the civ series going forward.

Despite all the glaring problems with civ 6, it's been a great game. The best in the series by far. Shame it can no longer be played. Never thought i bought a subscription when i bought civ 6. A subscription that can't be renewed cause they aint supporting the game anymore and fixing the game-breaking bugs that stops you from playing the game. But i guess it's all fair since they're releasing a civ 7 soon i guess. What better way to do that then introduce game breaking bugs that forces you to upgrade? :P

Horrible performance on Mac. Barely playable on a 2015 highend imac.

Both yes and no. I've enjoyed the game so far. But a modern game that crashes this much i've not seen in quite the while. It would've been fine if there was some autosaving every floor or so, but you have to restart the entire day. To say that it sucks after the tenth time or so would be a huge understatement.

Even with this in mind though, i'll still probably finish the game. Which should speak to the design of the game enough imo.
