I never really got into Soulsborne games, having tried DS3 and Bloodborne as well as the new Demon's Souls remake, so I wasn't expecting to be gripped by this game as I have been. I decided to buy it on account for all the hype the game was getting, doubtful I would enjoy it - And for the first 2 hours, I definitely didn't.

However, giving the game a second chance the next day, I fell in love. It is one of the best experiences in gaming I've had in a long time, playing it for 50 hours in a span of 3-4 days. The game sucked me in, even if it's bloody difficult at times. I highly recommend it if you think your sanity can take it
